  Unprofessional service. Asked girl behind counter if my bagel was toasted lightly buttered and she responded, do you want to put butter yourself.

  The staff here are always very friendly and polite. They make my coffee exactly how i like it. Nice experience coming here in the mornings when I dont feel so friendly myself lol.

  I have been going to this dd for 4 years, never had an incident or personal issue, other than wrong order served, this year a cashier aurora had been blatantly flirting with my husband in front of me, I ignored her, and brought it up to my husband attention, for the past 19 days this cashier kept taunting and mocking me with the other employees and apparently with an off-duty cop that hangs out at this dd, a big and loud argument came to pass yesterday because of the lack of respect from the cashier aurora and my disrespectful husband, the owner chuck had the audacity to call me on my personal cell phone number to inform me that we were the ones harassing the cashier aurora and that we were banned from this dd, 4 years I have been going there, and this disrespectful girl makes herself the victim, this is unacceptable and beyond ridiculous
